Well, Sunday at 4 am I will will be at the airport. With less than 12 hous to go I am trying to figure out how to blog for the first time. Is that a good use of time?? Probably not.
But the point is: I depend on your prayer support. One way to get that is to keep in contact with you all.
I reached my goal to get into these jeans again before I go. I am not taking them -- too heavy, too hot. See the "stain glass" pot in the window? I made that. Look thru the TX kitchen window and see it about 102 degrees here today! Whew!
My lessons are as done as they are going to get, for now. Bags are mostly packed -- I keep remembering "one more thing". Robin is napping. I am writing to you.
Thank you for your prayer support. I hope this site works in China!!
Blessings,

God be with you and bless you on your mission.
ReplyDeleteI also learned to blog the day before a missions trip - last year. I had a little trouble in Turkey getting my computer to accept the internet password of my hosts' home. But we worked on it a couple of hours and then it was fine, except it kept putting my computer in the Turkish language. The plug adapters were new to me too but I learned a lot of computers and cameras and blogging. I found ppl read my blog but not many commented so don't be discouraged if it seems like you don't get feedback, it doesn't mean no one is not reading it. May God bless your time there. Good work on the "jeans". Becky Brown
ReplyDeleteYou go, girl! Have a wonderful trip. (Did you remember to pack your crochet hooks?) Mark and I will be praying for you.
